01 About NGC

NGC — Nexus Gold Circle — is a private digital membership community designed for women to present their stories, express their identities, and connect with other members. Our vision is a distinctive international community of up to 10,000 women. This is a vision, not a guarantee of a particular number of active members.

Applications are subject to review under NGC’s membership criteria. Submission of an application does not guarantee admission.

02 What Membership Includes

Depending on the features currently available, an active membership may include:

• A personal magazine-style profile with a portrait, member number, personal story, chapters, and gallery.
• Community features such as member discovery, connection requests, private messages, and sharing a public profile link.
• Access to available member content and community experiences as described on the website.

Future magazines, interviews, events, guest appearances, collaborations, and benefits may be introduced separately. They are not guaranteed features of the subscription unless expressly included in the offer at checkout.

03 Two Ways to Fund Membership

Self-funded: An approved woman may pay the monthly subscription herself. No Patron is required.

Patron-funded: A male Patron may choose to pay the monthly subscription on behalf of an approved woman.

Both options provide the same membership benefits and the same subscription price. Only one payer may be active for a membership at any time. A Patron pays NGC for a digital membership service; the payment is not a personal transfer or donation to the member.

Patron funding never creates ownership of a member, her profile, her content, or her decisions. It does not entitle the Patron to personal contact, replies, meetings, a relationship, or access to private information.

04 Subscription Price

The standard membership price is USD $149 per month, payable either by the member herself or by one male Patron on her behalf — never both at the same time.

Any applicable taxes, currency conversion charges, or additional charges will be disclosed before payment confirmation where required. The total amount payable will be presented at checkout.

05 Approval and Activation

Membership requires approval under NGC’s admission process. Under the planned billing model, the first subscription charge is collected only after membership approval and the payer’s explicit acceptance of the payment terms. Access is activated after successful payment and completion of any required onboarding steps.

An application that is not approved will not result in a subscription charge under this process.

06 Monthly Renewal

Membership is a recurring monthly subscription. Unless canceled, it renews automatically and the authorized payer is charged each billing cycle. The applicable price, billing frequency, and renewal terms will be displayed before the payer subscribes.

Billing details and the next renewal date will be made available through the account or another clearly communicated support process. There is no minimum commitment unless expressly disclosed and accepted at checkout.

07 Cancellation

The current payer — either the member or her Patron — may cancel future automatic renewals using the cancellation method provided by NGC, subject to applicable law.

Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation of renewal does not ordinarily terminate access before the end of the already-paid period. Cancellation does not grant a Patron control over the member’s profile or require its immediate deletion.

NGC will provide a clear way to request cancellation before paid subscriptions become available.

08 When Funding Ends

If a subscription ends due to cancellation, failed payment, or another reason, NGC may provide a grace period of up to 30 days, subject to the policy in effect at that time.

During this period, a member may arrange self-payment or funding from a new Patron, subject to the available billing process. If funding is not restored, membership features may be limited or suspended. Personal data and profile retention will be handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Changing the payer must not create overlapping subscriptions or duplicate charges for the same membership.

09 Refunds and Billing Errors

Subscription payments cover access to digital membership services for the applicable period. Refund and withdrawal requests will be considered under applicable consumer-protection laws and the circumstances of the transaction.

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable statutory rights. Suspected duplicate charges, incorrect charges, or technical billing errors may be reported to NGC support for investigation.

10 Member Independence and Privacy

Every member retains control of her identity and personal participation, subject to the Terms of Use and available privacy settings. A Patron does not receive automatic access to private messages, unpublished personal details, or restricted profile information.

Patron funding may not be used to pressure, harass, threaten, or make demands of a member. Personal information is handled in accordance with NGC’s Privacy Policy.

11 Respectful Community Conduct

NGC aims to foster a respectful community. Harassment, impersonation, threats, unlawful conduct, exploitation, and privacy violations are prohibited. NGC may take proportionate action, including restricting or suspending accounts, under its Terms of Use and applicable law.

Paying for a membership does not exempt anyone from community standards.

12 Future Content and Experiences

NGC may develop editorial content, online sessions, interviews, events, partnerships, and member benefits. Availability and participation terms will be communicated separately. Unless expressly included in the paid offer, no specific event, guest, financial benefit, social connection, or personal outcome is promised.

13 Changes to Price or Terms

NGC may update membership services, prices, and policies from time to time. Changes affecting an existing paid subscription will be communicated and implemented in accordance with applicable law. Where renewed consent is required, the change will not take effect without it.

14 Service Availability

NGC works to provide a reliable digital experience, but temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or third-party services. NGC does not guarantee uninterrupted access or any particular social, professional, financial, or personal result from membership.

Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law.
